Fuel Your Body with Keto Ice Cream
I developed this recipe for two reasons

I have found that most people starting out on Keto don't realize that you should be counting Net Carbs when following a Keto Diet. So when you look at the nutrition label you subtract Fiber from the Total Carbs and that equals Net Carbs.
No-Churn Keto Coffee Ice Cream
recipe makes 2 servings
WHATS YOU NEED:
1 Scoop Perfect Keto Chocolate Collagen
2 Avocados
2 oz of Brewed Coffee ( I used Starbucks iced coffee)
3 tablespoons Lakanto MonkFruit Sweetener
1 teaspoon Watkins Pure Coffee Extract
Navitas Cacao Nibs For Garnish (optional)
HOW TO DO IT:
Dice avocados, pour coconut cream evenly into a ice cube tray and leave in the freezer until frozen
Remove the avocados and coconut cream from the freezer while you get the rest of your ingredients together to allow them to thaw a little bit
Now add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend into a smooth ice cream consistency
Serve immediately!
